I am delighted with our results from our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. We received a NPS of 88.
Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a score or NPS between 0 and 24 is considered “mediocre”, 40 to 54 is “good,” 70 to 84 is “excellent,” and 85 to 99 is “spectacular.”
